Refund Policy

Tabiya purchase: 30-day refund

If Tabiya isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. You don't have to give a reason, although we'd like to hear what didn't work. When the refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and you should delete Tabiya and the Gigabase archive.

Update subscription

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep updates until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Your first subscription charge comes one month after your purchase, and you'll get a reminder email first, so you have time to cancel if you don't want updates.
• If a renewal charge surprises you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it, as long as you haven't downloaded that period's update.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, so refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. You can also request a refund through Link support at support.link.com.

Where the law gives you more

If you live somewhere with stronger consumer rights, for example the EU or UK, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
